Europe: 5–14 business days

USA / Canada: 5–14 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or courier issues.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and many countries across Europe.

Some products may ship from different production partners, so if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

🚫 Wrong address / unclaimed package

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders with incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

❗ Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
