Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and include clear photos of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
